You may also see clocks for additional time zones here if you have previously enabled that feature.
At the bottom of the time and date window, select Change date and time settings.
Windows did recognize DST, but the clock kept on going to the wrong time zone: UTC instead of UTC-2 (DST from Brasília's UTC-3).
It has been solved by changing the NTP server to org, as @Matt Johnson and @stevemidgley indicated above.
If this service is disabled, any services that explicitly depend on it will fail to start.
The Windows Time file or W32tm.exe, located in the System32 folder, is used to configure Windows Time service settings.
Daylight savings time changed this weekend, and my computer is not showing the correct time. If I set "Adjust for daylight savings time automatically" then the time is wrong.
